Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be in the same condition that you received it
- be unused and uninstalled
- be in its original packaging
- include proof of purchase
Important: Automotive parts that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Installed or used automotive parts
- Custom or special order items
- Clearance / sale items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials or fluids
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
